I am pleased to report that a settlement in principle of all claims of the estates and the class against Wachovia has been reached, subject to agreeing upon and signing a written settlement agreement, and subject to approval of both the Bankruptcy Court and the Class Action Court. We are in the process of negotiating the formal written agreement, and I will provide details regarding this settlement upon execution of the written agreement. Best Regards,
