Okun's Criminal Trail Begins
On March 2nd, the Criminal trial of Ed Okun began in the US District Court in Richmond, Virginia.
Although we really would like to attend the trial, it certainly appears that our attendance would do nothing more than add administrative costs without really benefiting the estate. The trial is being covered by the Richmond Time's Dispatch whose website is quite informative and can be reached at http://www.timesdispatch.com/. As the case progresses we will provide actual transcripts of the salient portions of the trial and the various witnesses’ testimony as they become available. Unfortunately, we have been advised that the transcripts are generally not available until at least 14 days after testimony in that District.
