We're aware that some people have had difficulty accessing the website over the past week or so, or had difficulty downloading files.  The problem has been located and the databases are being rebuilt.  The corrupt/missing data means that some of the Court Documents may not appear immediately.  We are rebuilding this and hope to have things restored over the weekend.
