A friendly reminder to all interested parties: Please make sure that you follow our website instructions and send any change in your address to the Bankruptcy Court . 

A few of you may have received more than one mailing of a recently filed motion.  There are several explanations for this.  Many may have filed more than one claim or may have been represented by counsel, who in turn may have forwarded you his or her copy as well.  If you are no longer represented by counsel, we will still have to serve those attorneys who filed a “notice of appearance” on behalf of their client.  Thus, if you no longer have counsel and your counsel is still getting notices, please tell him or her to file a formal withdrawal with the bankruptcy court, thus notifying us that they no longer represent you.

Subsequent to the filing of the Cordell settlement motion, we have further pared down our list and hope not to have any duplicates in our next filing.  Thanks for all your patience.
