Update on Okun v. McHale (Case No. 08-01034) |

On April 23rd, Mr. Okun filed a sealed affidavit and he was
appointed counsel as indigent. A bail/detention hearing was scheduled for
April 29. The hearing has since been adjourned to May 9th at 2PM, before Magistrate Judge Lauck in the Eastern District of Virginia,
Richmond. He continues to be held in custody.
